More than anything else, legs have become THE muscle group when it comes to lifting now-a-days. A lot of people have even starting splitting up legs into two days (for ex. glute/hammie & quad/calf) for a more focused lifting session.
Everyone wants to have thick, muscular legs to show off on any given occasion. Now, I don’t know about you guys, but I think this is awesome! Legs are your power house and it’s so empowering to have such a strong base!

I have been watching your videos of workouts in you tube you have an amazing body I’m 41 years old and love to workout but I haven’t seen much results that is why I want to try the 1up supplements.
