March Madness is here! Time to step things up a notch! Here is a little challenge to put those abs to work!
Abs are often overlooked and not worked out as often as they should. Although diet
must also be in check, why not build some extra muscle for those summer abs?
People say they don’t have time but I guarantee there is plenty of time in the gaps of
your day to ad a few crunches in!
Each day this month, I challenge you to complete 100 crunches throughout the day.
You can split it up and do them throughout the day or if you are feeling ambitious
you can do them all at once! Feel the burnnnn and feel the madness that March has
